GO ART! Costs is $15 even, with 20% going toward supporting all the awesome things GoArt! does for our community. Cash or checks please. Josselyn will probably devise a “class pass” discount for regulars as we go forward.
Just like creating art, if you can move and you can breathe, you can yoga. This will be a weekly gentle class that only requires an ability to get up and down from the earth, up and down a flight of stairs to second floor, and an ability to be gentle with yourself.
Any necessary props can be provided at no additional charge. Just wear comfortable clothes. Maybe dress in layers.
Beginners welcome.As always, please have the blessing of your health care provider before undertaking any new activity.
