We design and draft both residential and light commercial projects, such as pole barns, additions, new constructions and renovations.

Design & Drafting by Gina, L.L.C. provides architectural design and drafting services. Our main goal is to provide design services for a wide range of customers. We utilize Architect and Engineers, services to comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local codes and licensing requirements. We produce a design that can be built for clientele. The projects and clients range from home builders to commercial construction companies. Specifically, we enter the design phase of a project incorporating the design and completion of plans that will be used to obtain permits issued by municipalities. Once the project is underway the contractor may re-contact our firm to adjust the existing plans for updates or changes at an agreed-upon extra fee. Based upon meticulous meetings with the client, a construction plan is developed and presented to the client for approval prior to being forwarded to the municipality. Occasionally the municipality will require adjustments or greater definition with regard to specific details of the project and the design drawings may be amended accordingly. In those cases, we also meet with all parties represented and develop modifications that make sense and are structurally sound.
