About Us

HomeCare & Hospice has been providing in-home care to area residents since 1971. As the needs of the community increased, HomeCare & Hospice added programs to meet those needs, including services for the frail elderly, developmentally disabled, patients recovering from surgery or illness, as well as those living with long-term disability or illness.

A Medicare-certified Hospice program was created in 1991 to meet the specific needs of patients and their families living with advanced illness.

HomeCare & Hospice, a non-profit agency, is governed by a board of directors representative of the service area, which covers Allegany, Cattaraugus, Genesee and Wyoming counties.

HomeCare & Hospice is a United Way Agency.
