L & L Transmissions, Inc got its start in 1978 when Leon Selapack and his wife Lee Ann moved to the Batavia area. The business commenced operations on the corner of Ellicott & Liberty streets in a rented one-bay garage. Leon credits Batavia’s southside neighborhood putting their faith in him by patronizing his fledgling endeavor.

Family owned and operated since 1978, L & L Transmissions, Inc has repaired and rebuilt thousands of transmissions. It’s what we know and what we do best. Due to the hard work of our team, we employ the latest durability and dependability upgrades and improvements into every transmission we re-manufacture, and our warranty is as cutting-edge as our repairs. We’ll check for leaks, adjust your bands, change your filters and screens, and provide you with the answers you need to ensure miles of trouble-free driving.
