Wraptile Graphics is owned and operated by Phil Vigneri III of Elba, NY. Established in 2013, Wraptile Graphics was opened after Phil and his father decided to take a crack at lettering their own race cars. Originally working from their home basement, the business quickly expanded from just race cars to signs, vehicles, decals, and many other types of vinyl works, eventually allowing them to move to a more permanent location. In 2016, Phil and his father both completed 3M Advanced Installer Training as well as Geek Wraps Advanced Air-Wrangler Training to bring their installation skills to the next level. Phil has also used the help of online classes as well as lectures at SUNY Genesee to master the art of vinyl printing and graphic design. Phil and his father were also certified as Hydrographic coating specialists from Liquid Concepts University in 2017.
