Option 1: 10/10 Match The employer contributes $10 per month for each participating employee's membership. The YMCA matches that contribution with an additional $10, giving the employee a total of $20/month toward their membership dues. Option 2: Sliding Scale Contribution The company pays a monthly amount based on the total number of employees. Chamber Members: the YMCA will waive the joiner fee and provide a 10% discount on membership rates for employees!
