I hope this message finds you well.  My name is Captain Bradley Moore, and I am reaching out on behalf of The Salvation Army located in Batavia, NY.
 
Our fundraising season will be fast approaching, we are excited to launch our annual Red Kettle Campaign beginning in November 2024, which aims to raise funds so we can provide warm clothing, holiday meals, and gifts to families in need.  As well as funding our efforts to support those in need year-round through our family service programs.  This initiative is an opportunity for us to spread joy and make a meaningful impact in our community.
 
We are currently seeking support from local businesses and organizations to help us achieve our campaign goals. The past few years we have seen a decrease in funds raised during our annual campaigns.  This year, we are beginning the process of gathering support early in hopes of raising 50% of our goal through “Christmas Partners”.  This year's fundraising goal is $100,000 with the hopes of raising $50,000 before the bell ringing begins outside of select locations.  Specifically, we are looking for:
 

1. Donations: Financial contributions, gift items, or other resources that can directly benefit those we serve.
2. Volunteers: Individuals or teams who can assist with ringing the bell at various locations during the 2024 kettle campaign.
3. Christmas Partnerships: Offer various levels of sponsorships that include Press Release sponsors, T-shirt sponsors, and Social Media Sponsors.
