Farmer's Creekside Tavern & Inn
Restaurants, Cafes, And Taverns
Standing proud and tall at One Main Street, Le Roy, the building that houses Farmer’s has a long and rich history.
Built in the 1820s, it was one of the first structures in Le Roy, serving as a hat factory, several private homes including Senator Percy Hooker and Doctors Cleveland Knoll, prior to becoming a restaurant.
But in 2004, a fire devastated the building and nearly claimed it for good. Enter Bill Farmer. In 2007, he purchased the structure and spent the next 10 years making a labor of love. With its doors finally open, Farmer’s has made itself a must-visit for groups of all sizes.
At nearly 200 years old, Farmer's Creekside Tavern & Inn sits on the banks of the beautiful Oatka Creek at the heart of the village of Le Roy, New York, nearby both Rochester and Buffalo. A four-season venue with multiple dining rooms for both casual tavern and destination-worthy fine fare; able to host intimate gatherings, celebrations, and events with overnight rooms providing beautiful views from the top level. Have a casual drink at either the bar in our Tavern or outside by the gatehouse at the expansive waterfront, or plan an experience to remember on one of the elevated decks or in centuries-old dining rooms.
